“Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country”.
Remember the famous words, spoken by President John F. Kennedy during his inaugural address in 1961? Those words are even more relevant today.
Ask or not, what your country (or its elected leaders) can do for you is only one thing: Borrow and spend and borrow more and spend. In this regard they have shown 100% bipartisanship. With their irrational exuberance in borrowing and spending, they have mortgaged the economic future of this country to foreign nations, whose savings we have consumed. They have shown the same bipartisanship in bringing about the present financial crisis and letting the healthcare system to become an expensive morass, virtually incapable of taking care of the needs of common people at a fair and reasonable cost.
The time is just right to “Ask what you can do for your country”.
What you can do for your country is very simple. Buy one or more copies of the book “Sense of Direction It Needs to be Restored” (www.sodhealthcare.com) and send to Washington as outlined above.
A million-book-march will carry the message with the same force as a million-man-march. It may even be more powerful. It will definitely be less expensive.
Act NOW. Each day is costing taxpayers over a billion dollars in ever increasing national debt and forcing many healthcare consumers into bankruptcy.
JOIN THE MILLION-BOOK-MARCH AND HELP SAVE THE HEALTHCARE AND THE COUNTRY TOO.
This will be considered a patriotic act.
